Distinctive handmade ceramics

inspired by landscape and nature

I create decorative ceramics for people who want something a little different.

Whether you’re a confirmed ceramics addict looking for a new piece for your collection, or you just want to treat yourself and your home to some something you may not find on the high street, you could find it here.

Have a look around and do contact me with any questions.

Hello! I’m Fi Cooper.

I make my ceramics in a small but perfect garden studio in Oxfordshire.

I take my inspiration from the landscape around me. The Oxfordshire Downs, Wiltshire and the Hampshire coast are all within easy distance, I lovewalkamong the rolling hills and ancient places found around here. I’ve been fascinated by archaeology and folklore since I was very young, so to find myself within an hour or so drive of Uffington White Horse and Avebury will never stop feeling like a gift.

My work is abstract to a degree, with highly textured, tactile surfaces and earth toned colours - an approach to decoration which means the pockets full of interesting things (pine cones, bits of flint, shells…etc) which come home with me from walks come in handy.

Stay and have a look around, I’ll pop the kettle on…!

What you’re signing up for - slighty erratically scheduled emails with my news and updates.

As I move away from social media I intend to communicate more regularly via my list,

I won’t be sending email four times a week, we all have enough in our inboxes already.

This is my ‘micronews’ feed where I post things “as they happen and you can get a peek of what’s happening behind the scenes (that’s if I remember!).
